OPSO is currently searching for David Lenorris Cooper, black male, age 44 of Monroe reference a warrant charging him with 1^st Degree Rape. He is described as being 6’-1” tall, weighing 200 lbs. with tattoos. No other description or information is available at this time. Cooper is a registered sex offender.
