UPDATE: Suspect Arrested, Stolen UTV Recovered

Ouachita Sheriff’s Investigators have arrested a suspect and recovered a UTV stolen on July 22, 2014 from the Treasure Island area in Ouachita Parish.  Keith W. Ranburger, age 46, Pineville, La. has been arrested and booked at OCC with one count of Felony Theft.  The Polaris Razr UTV that was stolen has also been recovered.  Rapides Parish and Grant Parish Sheriff’s Offices assisted in the follow up investigation. Sheriff Russell commends the investigators for the hard work leading to the arrest of the suspect and recovery of the UTV.
