Two Suspects Arrested in SCAT Investigation

An investigation by Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s SCAT has led to the arrest of two suspects on narcotics and weapons charges.  Deputies executed a search warrant recently at a residence in the 1700 block of Highway 594 in Monroe.  The search yielded five firearms, 50 grams of high grade Marijuana and 3 grams of Methamphetamine. Terrance Thomas, age 38 of Monroe and Tracy Cubit, age 42 were arrested at the scene as a result and booked in OCC on the charges listed below.

The investigation is continuing.
