Two Arrested by SCAT for Crystal Methamphetamine Possession

On April 12^th, members of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Special Crimes Apprehension Team seized approximately 75 lbs. of suspected crystal Methamphetamine during a traffic stop in West Monroe. Hattie Reeder and Sabrina Nephew were arrested and booked into OCC on the listed charges.
