Three Arrested In Felony Theft Investigation

An investigation by Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Investigators into the recent thefts of air conditioner condenser units and various parts has resulted in three arrests.  The items were taken from storage on McCormick Road in West Monroe and sold as scrap.

Charles Spillers, Joshua Risher and Rachel Franks have been arrested and booked into OCC on felony theft charges.

The investigation is continuing.
