Third Arrest Made in Calhoun-West Ouachita Vehicle Burglaries Investigation
Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Investigators continued investigation into the recent vehicle burglaries in the Calhoun-West Ouachita areas has led to the arrest of a 17 year old juvenile allegedly involved. His identity cannot be released due to his juvenile status.
This arrest is in addition to the arrests of Jonathan Dakota McClain and Summer Renee Johnson on April 4th. The juvenile was placed in Green Oaks Detention Center charged with twenty-six counts of Simple Burglary, one count of Resisting an Officer, and one count of Felony Theft. These arrests thus far have cleared thirty burglary and theft cases for the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s office and five under investigation by the West Monroe Police Department.
The investigation continues and more charges and/or arrests are expected.
Falen Massey, accompanying the juvenile at the time he was located and arrested, was arrested on two outstanding warrants and a Felony Theft charge that was unrelated to the vehicle burglaries investigation. Massey was booked into OCC on the listed charges.
