Suspect Arrested in Residential Burglary Investigation

Deputies responded to a reported residential burglary on Garret Road in Monroe on August 18, 2018. The investigation revealed the suspect gained entry into the residence and proceeded to take a flat screen television. Evidence processed at the scene identified the alleged suspect as Jacquarius L. Cooper, age 28 of Monroe. Cooper is currently in OCC charged with Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling stemming from this investigation.
