Suspect Arrested in Child Pornography Investigation

Acting on information received through a Cyber tip, a joint investigation by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Special Victim’s Unit, the FBI, Louisiana State Police, and the Monroe Police Department has led to the arrest of a West Monroe resident on Child Pornography Charges earlier today.  Justin Ruffin, age 21, has been arrested and charged with 10 counts of Pornography Involving Juveniles.  He is currently being held at OCC.  The investigation is continuing.
