Suspect Arrested by SCAT on Narcotics Charges

On April 12^th, members of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Special Crimes Apprehension Team seized approximately 122 lbs. of suspected Marijuana, approximately 2500 suspected THC e-cig cartridges and approximately ½ gram of suspected Methamphetamine during a traffic stop on I-20 in West Monroe. The driver, Jason David, was subsequently booked in OCC on the listed charges.
