Sheriff Jay Russell Announces Promotion

Sheriff Jay Russell has announced the following promotion at the Ouachita Correctional Center:

Corporal Eli Young is a four-year veteran of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, assigned to security at OCC.  As Corporal, he will now serve as a first line supervisor of the Deputies on his shift.
