Seven Richland Escapees Captured

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Deputies received information that seven escapees from the Richland Detention Center were at a local motel on Louisville Avenue earlier today.  The escapees had escaped the Detention Center earlier this morning.  Deputies searched the motel, during which all seven were taken into custody without incident.  The seven were then booked into OCC on escape charges.
