Second Suspect Arrested by OPSO in the River Oaks and Garden District Theft Investigation

A second suspect has been arrested by Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Investigators in the ongoing investigation into the recent thefts of packages in the Garden District and River Oaks Subdivision areas of Monroe.  In addition to the arrest of Stijerica Davis last week, Jeremiah Webster, age 18, has been arrested and booked in OCC on 1 ct. of Simple Theft. The investigation is continuing and more charges are pending.
