Retirement Celebration

Lt. Treshan Breaux and Deputy Sandra Sutton celebrated their retirement today at a party hosted by Deputies at the Ouachita Correctional Center.  Lt. Breaux (L) and Deputy Sutton are shown being congratulated by Sheriff Jay Russell.
