Quick Action Saves Inmate

On June 23rd, Deputies of the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center responded to an injured inmate who had cut his leg, severing an artery.  Deputies applied a tourniquet in order to control the bleeding until EMS arrived.  Sheriff Jay Russell commends these Deputies on a job well done.
