Press Release – Business Burglary Arrest

 Ouachita Sheriff’s Deputies received a report of a burglary at a West Monroe business during the early morning hours of July 29, 2014. While conducting the investigation at the scene, deputies observed the suspect, James Fields, nearby.  Further investigation determined Fields matched video surveillance photos taken during the commission of the burglary.  Fields was arrested and booked in OCC on the charge of Simple Burglary.
