Powell Sentenced to 15 years
Update – On Monday April 7, 2014, 35 year old Randy Allen Powell of West Monroe, LA was sentenced in federal court to 15 years in prison. Powell was arrested for child pornography offenses last October after a joint investigation by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Powell plead guilty last December to 1 count of Receipt of Child Pornography.
