Ouachita Sheriff’s Investigators Arrest Monroe Man on Child Pornography Charges
On April 20, 2015, members of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office-Special Victims Unit arrested Kolby M. Black, age 27, of Monroe.
The arrest stems from a search warrant in an ongoing child pornography investigation. Black has been booked in OCC on 10 counts of Pornography Involving Juveniles and 1 count of Distribution of Pornography Involving Juveniles.
