Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit Arrest Sex Offender

  On August 26, 2015, members of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit executed a search warrant on a residence in southwest Ouachita Parish. As a result, Dennis Dwayne Martin, age 52, of West Monroe has been arrested and booked in OCC on the charge of Unlawful Use or Access of Social Media. Martin is registered as a sex offender resulting from a prior conviction. The investigation is continuing.
