Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Ladies Self Defense Course Graduation

Shown are graduates of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Ladies Self Defense Course that was offered during the month of October 2018. The 16 hour course is taught by Deputies certified as Instructors in The Equalizer Women’s Self-Defense Program.

The class teaches situational awareness to avoid becoming a victim and physical techniques to escape an attacker should you be attacked.

OPSO plans to hold more of these free classes during 2019. As they are scheduled, dates and registration information will be posted on Facebook and the OPSO website.
