Ouachita Deputies Arrest Suspect in Several Felony Cases

 As a result of a four month investigation, Ouachita Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested Justin P. Rumfola, age 34 , of Port Allen, La. on several felony charges. Rumfola has been booked and is being held at OCC on charges of  Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Illegal  Possession of Stolen Things,  Felony Theft and Conspiracy to Commit Felony Theft.  The charges stem from cases cleared by Ouachita Deputies in the Sterlington, Calhoun and Monroe areas of Ouachita Parish. 

Upon incarceration at OCC, Rumfola was then surrendered on bond for prior arrest charges of Possession of CDS I, Possession of CDS II, Possession of CDS III and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.A detainer was also placed on Rumfola for the Louisiana Probation and Parole for probation violation, stemming from prior charges in East Baton Rouge Parish.
