OPSO Special Victims Unit Arrests West Monroe Resident on Child Pornography Charges

On November 10, 2015, members of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit and the FBI Violent Crimes against Children Task Force arrested Patrick D. Goodwin, age 32, of West Monroe. The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office began an investigation of Goodwin after receiving information Godwin was distributing child pornography. A search warrant of Goodwin’s residence was obtained that lead to the arrest. Goodwin has been booked in OCC on 5 counts of Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles and 5 counts of Distribution of Pornography Involving Juveniles.
