OPSO Special Victims Unit Arrests Three Additional Suspects in Juvenile Pornography Investigation
The Ouachita parish Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit has arrested three more suspects allegedly involved in juvenile pornography in Ouachita Parish. The arrests are the result of an ongoing investigation stemming from the arrest of John A. Carter, Jr. of West Monroe on juvenile pornography charges on September 11, 2015. Charles Edward Milton, Jr., age 51 of Magee, MS. has been charged with 2 counts First Degree Rape and 2 counts of Molestation of a Juvenile. Milton is currently being held in OCC on the charges. Clint Matthew Baptiste, age 32 of Austin, TX. has been charged with 6 counts of Molestation of a Juvenile. Baptiste is currently in custody in Austin, TX. awaiting extradition proceedings to return him to Ouachita Parish. Terrance Terrell Williams, age 32 of Clinton, MS. has been charged with 1 count of Molestation of a Juvenile. Williams is currently in custody in the Madison County Jail in Mississippi pending court proceedings.
This investigation is continuing and more charges are pending against all four suspects that have been arrested.
