OPSO Special Victims Unit Arrests Suspect in Child Pornography Investigation

Resulting from an ongoing investigation by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Special Victim’s Unit, investigators have arrested Tony A. Free, Jr., age 23, of Downsville, LA.  The investigation revealed the suspect allegedly engaged in inappropriate communications and sent inappropriate photographs to a Ouachita Parish juvenile. Tony Free is currently being held in OCC on the charges listed below.

The suspects mother, Anita D. Free, age 52, of Downsville, was also arrested in connection with the investigation.  Anita Free was booked in OCC on 1 ct. of Obstruction of Justice.  The investigation is continuing.
