OPSO Special Victims Unit Arrests Convicted Sex Offender

During the early morning hours of September 2, 2015, deputies of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office-Special Victims Unit conducted a search warrant at a West Monroe residence. As a result, Robert Alan Vetsch, age 62, of West Monroe was arrested and booked in OCC. Vetsch is a convicted sex offender and was arrested for 1 count of Unlawful Access to Social Media. The investigation is continuing and more charges are pending.
