OPSO Seizes 11.4 ounces of Crack Cocaine
On 12/1/12 OPSO deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Hwy 165 in Monroe, LA. During the traffic stop the driver, Curtis James Rogers, initiated a foot pursuit.
As Rogers began to flee, he dropped a bag containing 11.4 ounces of crack cocaine. Deputies then seized the vehicle and narcotics.
Rogers was subsequently located and arrested on the following charges:
• Possession with intent to distribute – Crack Cocaine
• Improper muffler
• No registration in vehicle
• Resisting an officer
