OPSO Range Announces Concealed Carry Class Schedule & Upcoming Events January through June 2018

The dates for CCW classes, sponsored by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Reserve Unit, are listed below. Classes are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Pre-registration is required. To register or for more information, contact Sgt. Mickey Watts at the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Rifle Range, phone 318-807-1188, during normal range hours of 10:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.  The cost for the course is $100 for participants or $150.00 for a married couple.  Lunch is included in the fee.  Participants will need to furnish their weapon and 36 rounds of ammunition, along with safety glasses and hearing protection.
