OPSO Major Jason Pleasant Retires

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Deputies hosted a retirement party earlier today for retiring Major Jason Pleasant of the Investigations Division.

Major Pleasant began as a Patrol Deputy in 2002 and transferred to Investigations in 2007. He later was promoted to Major over the division and served in that capacity until his retirement.

We appreciate his service to OPSO and the citizens of our parish.  He will be missed and we all wish him the best in his new career.
