OPSO Investigators Searching for Missing Juvenile

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Investigators are asking for your assistance in locating a missing juvenile from Ouachita Parish. Madison Brooke Evans, age 15, was last seen at her residence in west Ouachita Parish on August 18, 2015. She is described as a white female, 5-3” tall, 135 lbs. with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. Anyone with any information concerning Madison is asked the contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
