OPSO Investigators Clear Burglary and Arson at Ouachita Parish School Board Annex Building

Today OPSO Investigators arrested Daniel Garrett Disotell on burglary and arson charges from an incident that occurred on 2/4/13. Disotell allegedly burglarized the Ouachita Parish School Board Annex building and several vehicles, and also set a multipurpose building on fire.

Sheriff Jay Russell would like to commend these investigators and crime scene technicians on their hard work in making this arrest possible.
