OPSO Investigators Arrest Four Suspects in Rape Investigation

On Friday, Sept. 11^th, 2015, Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Investigators began conducting an investigation into a reported rape involving a 16 year old juvenile victim. As a result of the investigation, four suspects have been arrested. D’Kevin D. Cleveland, age 19, Montrell D. Davis, age 19, and Marlon L. Grady, age 17, all of Monroe, have been booked in OCC on 1 ct. of Aggravated Kidnapping and 1 ct. of Aggravated Rape each. The fourth suspect, a juvenile, was arrested on the charge of 1 ct. of Aggravated Kidnapping and 1 ct. of Aggravated Rape and was placed in Green Oaks Detention Facility.
