OPSO Investigating Vehicle Burglaries in the Lakeshore Subdivision Area
Arrest Update:
Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Investigators have arrested a third juvenile suspect in regards to the recent vehicle burglaries in the Lakeshore Subdivision. The juvenile has been booked in Green Oaks Detention Center on eleven counts of Vehicle Burglary and one count of Simple Burglary of a Dwelling. His identity cannot be released due to his juvenile status. The investigation is continuing.
UPDATE: Two juvenile suspects have been arrested, more arrests expected.
Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Investigators are currently investigating a series of vehicle burglaries that occurred in the Lakeshore Subdivision early am on June 16th, 2018. The vehicles were at residences on McCain, Hinke, Lula and Newberry streets.
The suspects are believed to be two black males, shown in the video surveillance committing a burglary. It appears the suspects are armed while committing the acts. Anyone with any information as to the identity of the suspects shown or the vehicle burglaries is asked to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
