OPSO Deputy Kay Patrick Retires

Sheriff Jay Russell and Deputies hosted a retirement celebration Friday, May 28^th for Deputy Kay Patrick of the OPSO Civil Division. Deputy Patrick is retiring after 14 years of service with the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office.

She began her career in 2007 assigned to the Ouachita Correctional Center. In 2017, she transferred to the Civil Division until her retirement.
