One Suspect Arrested, Second Sought in Metro Narcotics Investigation
Metro Narcotics agents executed a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of Foster Street in Monroe on December 18, 2018. The search of the residence yielded one arrest, the seizure of 14 firearms, 138 lbs. of packaged high grade marijuana and the issuance of a warrant for the second suspect. Several magazines for the weapons and over 3,000 rounds of ammunition were also seized.
Chelsea Marie Lyons, age 20 of Monroe, was arrested and booked in OCC for 1 count of Illegal Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of Narcotics, 1 count of Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Minor, and 1 count Possession with Intent to Mfg./Distribute CDS Schedule I Narcotic (Marijuana).
A warrant for the second suspect, Aaron Mitchell Adcock, age 41 has been issued. He is charged with 1 count of Illegal Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of Narcotics, 1 count Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Minor, and 1 count Possession with Intent to Mfg./Distribute CDS Schedule I Narcotic (Marijuana). Adcock is described as a White male, 6’ tall weighing 235 lbs. He has dark hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Richland and Ouachita Parish area.
