Monroe man arrested on Cyber Stalking charge

UPDATE – SUSPECT CHARGED WITH 5 ADDITIONAL COUNTS OF CYBER STALKING

An ongoing investigation has resulted in an additional 5 counts of cyber stalking charges. These charges stem from previously unreported incidents involving this suspect. Additional charges are possible as the investigation is continuing. Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested Robert Pohl, age 37, of Monroe on the charge of Cyber Stalking. An investigation revealed the suspect sent unsolicited text messages of a sexual nature to several female victims. The suspect was booked at OCC on the charge. Sheriff’s investigators believe more messages may have been sent to victims that have not been reported.
