The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on a runaway juvenile. Michael Keith Parker, 15yo white male approximately 5’5″ 135lbs, left his residence on Duffy Lee Rd in Monroe, LA on 8/7/13 around 9:20p. He is believed to be in the area of N18th St and Desiard St. in Monroe, LA
