Lieutenant Rusty Rowe Retires

Sheriff Jay Russell and Deputies hosted a retirement celebration today for Lieutenant Rusty Rowe.

Lt. Rowe is retiring after 32 years of service at the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office.  He began his career at the Ouachita Correctional Center in 1989, later transferring to the Patrol Division that same year where he served for several years.  His latest assignment was the School Resource Officer at West Monroe High School.
