Homicide Investigation

UPDATE: The victim has been identified as Chances M. Neal, 34yo, from Monroe, LA.

The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the homicide of a male subject that was found in the 1800 Block of Bernstein Park Drive, Monroe, LA. The male’s identity is not being released at this time pending next-of-kin notification.
