Felony Theft Warrant Issued for Suspect in Theft Investigation

As part of an ongoing investigation into the recent thefts of UTV’s and other equipment in Ouachita Parish, Ouachita Sheriff’s Investigators have obtained a warrant for the arrest of a suspect in the investigation.

Desmond L. Ambers, black male, age 26 of Monroe, is being sought on a charge of 1 ct. of Felony Theft. He is described as 6’3” tall, 235 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.  Anyone with any information concerning the whereabouts of Anders is asked to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
