Deputies Serve Lunch to Retired Senior Volunteer Program Members

OPS0 Deputies volunteered earlier today to serve lunch to the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) members. RSVP recruits volunteers age 55 and older for service opportunities in our community.

These 250+ volunteers work with law enforcement, firemen and other community officials to assure a safe community. The group gave over 100,000 volunteer hours to the community during 2019, assisting with the care of the elderly, fighting drug addiction, food distribution, foster care for children and other programs.

It was our privilege to serve these Seniors in recognition of their community service.
