Arrest Made in ATV Theft Investigation

A joint investigation by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Union Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Richland Parish Sheriff’s Office has led to the arrest of one suspect and the recovery of three stolen ATV’s.

Joseph Wayne Hutchison of Downsville has been arrested and booked into OCC in connection with the thefts.

Two ATV’s were taken from residences on Brownlee Road and Nick Spillers Road in Ouachita Parish.  The third was stolen in Union Parish.

The investigation is continuing and more arrests and additional charges are pending.
