Additional Arrest Made in Ongoing OPSO Juvenile Pornography Investigation

Deputies of the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit have arrested Dale E. Bernelle, age 64 of Monroe on warrants charging him with 3 counts of Molestation of a Juvenile. The warrant charges stem from the ongoing investigation that began with the arrest of John A. Carter by Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Deputies on September 11, 2015. Additional charges are pending and the investigation is continuing. Bernelle is currently being held in OCC.
