Four Arrested For Vehicle Burglaries In West Monroe

The investigation into recent vehicle burglaries in the Wallace Dean Road area of West Monroe has led to the arrest of three suspects and a fourth juvenile suspect.

Patrol Deputies were alerted to the presence of a suspicious person on Louisiana Avenue during the early morning hours of September 21, 2020.  Deputies found one of the suspects in the act of committing a vehicle burglary.  Deputies then continued to search the area and located the other three.

Further investigation led to the arrest of Eddie Sanford Jenkins, Quantez Tyrone Rogers, Adarion James Holiday and a juvenile.

Jenkins has been charged with 3 counts of Vehicle Burglary.  Rogers has been charged with 9 counts of Vehicle Burglary and 1 count of Possession of CDS 1 (marijuana). Holiday has been charged with 7 counts of vehicle burglary.  All three have been booked into OCC.  The juvenile suspect has been charged with 3 counts of Vehicle Burglary and placed into Green Oaks Detention Home.  His identity cannot be released due to his age.

Several items taken in the burglaries have been recovered.  The investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.
